Privacy Policy

1. This Privacy Policy regulates the main principles and procedures of collecting, processing, and storing personal data of UAB “Gėlės tik Jums” online store (hereinafter – TIKJUMS.LT) and TIKJUMS.LT customers (hereinafter – You, Your).

2. The collection, processing, and storage of Your personal data are governed by this Privacy Policy, the Republic of Lithuania Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data, and other legal acts.

3. By providing Your personal data in the online store, You agree that TIKJUMS.LT will manage and process them for the purposes, by the means, and in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy and legal acts.

4. TIKJUMS.LT follows the following main principles of personal data processing:

4.1. Personal data is collected for defined and lawful purposes.
4.2. Personal data is processed accurately and fairly.
4.3. Personal data is processed lawfully, i.e., only when:
4.3.1. The data subject gives consent, i.e., agrees to comply with the Online Store Terms of Use;
4.3.2. A contract is concluded or performed when one party is the data subject;
4.3.3. TIKJUMS.LT is obliged to process personal data according to laws;
4.3.4. Personal data needs to be processed due to a legitimate interest pursued by TIKJUMS.LT or a third party receiving the personal data, provided that the data subject's interests are not more important.

4.4. Personal data is regularly updated.
4.5. Personal data is stored no longer than required for the purposes for which it is processed.
4.6. Personal data is processed only by employees who are authorized to do so.
4.7. All information about personal data processed is confidential.
4.8. The processing of personal data is reported to the State Data Protection Inspectorate in the prescribed manner.

5. The following may use the online store services:
   5.1. all capable natural persons aged 18 or older;
   5.2. minors aged 14 to 18 only with parental, guardian, or custodian consent, except when managing their own earnings or scholarship independently;
   5.3. legal entities;
   5.4. authorized representatives of all the above persons.

6. To provide You with full services on our website, we store information (cookies) on Your computer (device). This information will be used to recognize You as a previous website user and to collect website traffic statistics. You can review which information (cookies) we store at any time and delete some or all stored cookies. 7. TIKJUMS.LT respects Your right to privacy. Your personal data (name, surname, age group, address, phone number, email address, and other information provided in the online store registration form) is collected and processed for the following purposes:
   7.1. to process Your orders;
   7.2. to issue financial documents (e.g., invoices);
   7.3. to resolve issues related to product delivery or provision;
   7.4. to fulfill other contractual obligations;
   7.5. for direct marketing purposes.

8. During registration in the online store, You must provide complete and accurate personal data.

9. In processing and storing Your personal data, TIKJUMS.LT implements organizational and technical measures to ensure personal data protection from accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, or any other unlawful processing.

10. TIKJUMS.LT may use data unrelated directly to You for statistical purposes, e.g., data about purchased products. Such statistical data will be collected and processed in a way that does not reveal the Client’s identity or other personal data that could identify the individual.

11. TIKJUMS.LT reserves the right to share information with third parties:
    11.1. only to fulfill the purposes specified in point 5 of this document;
    11.2. only in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

12. You have the right to change and/or update the information provided in the registration form at any time.

13. By allowing the processing of Your personal data, You have the right to:
    13.1. request correction, deletion, or suspension (except for storage) of Your personal data processing when the data is processed contrary to this and other legal provisions;
    13.2. object to the processing of Your personal data.

14. TIKJUMS.LT will respond to Your request regarding personal data processing no later than 30 calendar days from the day of Your request. Only written requests (by email [email protected] or by mail to Akmenų g. 5, Maciuičiai, LT-96159) will be considered.

15. TIKJUMS.LT has the right to partially or fully amend the Privacy Policy and will announce it in the “News” section of the online store.

16. Amendments or changes to the Privacy Policy take effect on the day of their publication in the online store system.

17. If You do not agree with the new version of the Privacy Policy, You have the right to refuse it in writing (by email [email protected] or by mail to Akmenų g. 5, Maciuičiai, LT-96159), but You will lose the right to use the online store services.

18. If You continue to use the online store services after an amendment or change to the Privacy Policy, it is considered that You agree with the new version.
