Returns and Warranty

We guarantee that if the product you purchased does not suit your needs, we will accept it for return within 14 days of purchase and refund 100% of the amount paid.

Return Conditions:

1.Products can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
2.Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and include all accessories (instructions, etc.) and gifts (if any).
3.Products can only be returned to the store where they were purchased. Customers are responsible for the cost of transporting the product.
4.A valid ID and the original purchase receipt or invoice must be provided when returning a product.
5.Refunds will be made in cash or transferred to the customer’s bank account if payment was made by bank transfer. Refunds via bank transfer will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned product.

Products or services that cannot be returned:

1.Products made or ordered according to the individual customer’s request.
2.Gift vouchers.
3.Products that are broken, damaged, scratched, or otherwise mechanically impaired due to the customer’s fault.
4.Potted plants, cut flowers, and cut flower bouquets purchased in-store.
5.Stabilized plants, dried plants, and reeds.
6.Clocks.

Return Policy:

1.The return guarantee (hereinafter – Guarantee) applies to products purchased in the “Gėlės tik Jums” store and online at www.tikjums.com
2.The Guarantee applies to all products.
3.Products must be functional, complete, in original packaging, and returned with original purchase documents (purchase receipt) showing the purchase date, product name, and payment amount. A written statement indicating the reason for the return must also be included.
4.Products can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
5.For online purchases from www.tikjums.com, when returning products by mail, the customer must include a written notice with their name, surname, bank account number, bank name, and reason for return. The account holder’s details must match the customer’s information on the website. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
6.Refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within 14 business days of receiving the returned product. Cash refunds are not available for online purchases; refunds are made only via bank transfer to a bank account registered in Lithuania.
7.The refund amount corresponds to the amount indicated on the purchase documents.
8.Only individual (private) customers can return products; this Guarantee does not apply to legal entities.
9.These terms do not apply to partners purchasing products for resale.
10.No refund will be issued if the returned product is missing its original packaging, components (incomplete set), is mechanically damaged, partially or completely non-functional, or otherwise damaged.
11.Product returns are only possible if all deadlines and conditions outlined above are met.
